Awareness

Awareness is a conscious, inward shift from daily pressures to a present, embodied state. It is about cultivating a "gentle, consistent" observation of one’s thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations without judgment.

Acceptance (Integration)

Acceptance is embracing the present moment with grace, self-compassion, and vulnerability. It is about letting go of the need to "fix" oneself or others and instead finding contentment, peace, and connection with one's true self and others.

Aligned Action

Aligned action is the practice of ensuring your daily actions, decisions, and habits match your inner truth, core values, and future vision.

OUR SANCTUARY

Held at the serene sanctuary of Salto de Fe, this immersive retreat center is intentionally designed to support deep reflection, restoration, and meaningful connection. Located in Doña Ana County, New Mexico, the property is surrounded by open skies, tranquil water, expansive land, gentle wildlife, and breathtaking views of the Franklin Mountains. Here, you will step away from the pressures of daily life and enter a space thoughtfully curated for restoration, recalibration, and renewal.

Noelle Meyer is a purpose-driven entrepreneur, healer, and educator, and the founder of Zen Lotus, a holistic wellness sanctuary established in 2024. She spent the first 18 years of her life in the remote jungles of Papua New Guinea, living among indigenous tribal communities and witnessing a profound connection to nature, energy, and healing traditions. These formative experiences shaped her understanding of the body’s innate capacity for balance and wellbeing.

After earning her Associate’s Degree in Interior Design from El Paso Community College in 2014, Noelle spent over a decade creating spaces that foster calm, clarity, and emotional wellness. In 2016, she began formally studying holistic healing, immersing herself in modalities such as nutrition, meditation, energy healing, aromatherapy, vibrational frequency therapy. She is a licensed Spiritual Health Coach and holds certifications as a Raindrop Technique Specialist, Sound Healer, and Aromatherapy Coach, bringing both formal expertise and intuitive guidance to her work

Through Zen Lotus, Noelle now offers sound baths, workshops, and retreats designed to guide individuals toward deeper inner balance, emotional clarity, and harmony of body, mind, and spirit.

Candus Gutierrez is a seasoned entrepreneur who spent over 25 years building, scaling, and leading a multi-seven-figure company from a startup to a thriving healthcare contract rehab company in Texas. She has built a mobile SLP Xray business and created a real estate investment portfolio that are thriving today.

A graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso, Candus earned her master’s in Science of Speech Language Pathology in 1997 before founding Integra Rehab just 2 years later.

It was only natural for Candus to pivot and start Integra Coaching/Consulting business to assist others in building the life they desire. She shares proven wisdom through Awareness, Acceptance and Aligned Action, turning self-awareness into purposeful steps that are aligned with true values.

Emma Nevarez is a seasoned executive with a 30-year career spanning corporate leadership, compliance, and regional economic development. After decades in healthcare, Emma came to understand firsthand that true health extends beyond medicine — a conviction that led her to compete in triathlons and half Ironman races later in life, and ultimately to found Salto de Fe, a farm, ranch, and hospitality venture dedicated to wellness and reconnecting people with nature. She also serves as Managing Director of Ecotone Investment Fund, an early-stage venture capital firm serving global start-ups and the Borderplex Region.

Previously, Emma founded and led the Medical Center of the Americas (MCA) Foundation (2006–2022), where she developed the region's first biomedical incubator, and built an extensive career in healthcare management with Tenet Healthcare and Sinaiko Healthcare Consulting. She has served as a WestStar Bank Director for 15 years, including 13 years as Chair of the Audit Committee.

A recognized Borderplex leader, Emma was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (2019–2026) and is a 2016 inductee into the El Paso Business Hall of Fame and 2017 El Pasoan of the Year. She holds a BA from Stanford University and an MPH from UCLA, where she was a Foley & Lardner Fellow.
