Step into the warmth of our Moonlit Tea House, a special Full Moon gathering designed to bring us together in community while creating space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect within. Each Moonlit Tea House begins with warm tea, guided reflection, journaling, and meaningful conversation inspired by the energy of the month's Full Moon. We then settle into a restorative Full Moon Sound Bath—a deeply relaxing experience where you are invited to simply lie back, close your eyes, and receive. A sound bath is a form of sound meditation in which you are gently immersed in the vibrations and tones of therapeutic instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, tuning forks, and other resonant instruments. Rather than actively practicing meditation, you simply rest and allow the sounds to become the focus of your awareness, helping quiet the mind and invite a deep sense of relaxation and stillness. The experience is different for everyone. You may feel deeply relaxed, experience a meditative state, notice emotions or thoughts arise and pass, or simply enjoy an hour of uninterrupted rest. Each gathering carries its own intention and energy based on the Full Moon, offering an opportunity to reflect, release, receive, and connect—both with yourself and with the community around you. Come as you are. Sip. Reflect. Share. Listen. Receive. You don't have to carry it all alone. $40.00 (Book & Pay Online!) Session is held in our studio located at 125 Thunderbird, Suite B, El Paso, TX 79912. **Includes a warm cup of tea and use of sanitized yoga mat, eye mask, blanket + pillow** Wear comfortable clothing and make sure you have eaten before attending! Please bring your own journal as we will be setting aside a few moments to set our intentions! NOTE ** Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the sessions begins to check in and get settled. If you are unable to attend your session or class and need to reschedule, please contact us 48 hours before your appointment to receive a full credit toward your next session or class. No credits will be given if appointment is canceled after the 48 hour window. We do not offer refunds for sessions or classes.
