Step into a deeply immersive experience designed to guide you into profound rest, renewal, and inner balance. Offered just once a month on the third Sunday, this journey is intentionally crafted as a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect. We begin with 35 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra—often called “yogic sleep”—where you’ll be gently led into a state between waking and dreaming. Here, the body fully relaxes while the mind remains aware, allowing for deep nervous system restoration, emotional release, and subtle inner recalibration. From this grounded and receptive state, you’ll be guided into a 35-minute sound bath, where layers of soothing frequencies from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and resonant instruments wash over you. This extended immersion allows the body and mind to fully integrate, promoting energetic balance, clarity, and a lingering sense of calm. This is more than a class—it is a monthly ritual of deep rest. A space to pause, to receive, and to return to yourself. With limited spots available, each gathering is intentionally intimate, allowing for a more personal and supportive experience. No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be held in sound and stillness. Yoga Nidra will flow immediately into an immersive and deeply relaxing Sound Bath session utilizing 8 Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, 7 Brass Tibetian Singing Bowl, Koshi chimes, Rainstick, Wave Drum and a Quartz Crystal Merkabah!! 35 minute guided Meditation practice lying down followed by a 35 minutes Sound Bath. 3rd Sunday of @ month 10:00am - 11:30am
