Service Description

Find inner peace and calm through powerful prerecorded guided meditations by the master of meditation, Dr. Joe Dispenza! Let's learn together as a community how to create coherence between the heart and the mind to powerfully manifest in your life! Meditation will flow immediately into an immersive and deeply relaxing Sound Bath session utilizing 8 Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, 7 Brass Tibetian Singing Bowl, Koshi chimes, Rainstick, Wave Drum and a Quartz Crystal Merkabah!! Please bring your own meditation pillow. We do have yoga mats available to use. 30 minute Meditation followed by a 45 minutes Sound Bath. Sundays 10:00am - 11:30am

If you are unable to attend your session or class and need to reschedule, please contact us 48 hours before your appointment to receive a full credit toward your next session or class. No credits will be given if appointment is canceled after the 48 hour window. We do not offer refunds for sessions or classes.
