We are so excited to share our upcoming FUN WITH FREQUENCIES workshop with you and your children and grandchildren. This is a playful, sensory-based introduction to sound healing and vibrational energy. During this workshop your child will: *Explore Tibetan and quartz singing bowls *Feel vibrations with tuning forks *See how sound moves through water *Practice calm listening and sound-based mindfulness *Reflect through art and imagination Why Sound? Studies show that gentle sound and vibration can help children relax, improve focus, and support emotional awareness. This workshop blends science, play and creativity to create a safe and magical environment for discovery! What to Bring: *Wear comfortable clothes (we will sit on mats) *A curious heart and open ears! Please note: Parents/and or Guardian must remain with their child during the workshop.
