Full Moon Sound Bath

Service Description

FULL MOON SOUND BATH Release • Restore • Reset The full moon has long been a natural marker for pausing, reflecting, and releasing what we no longer need to carry forward. Join us for a deeply restorative evening of sound and stillness as we gather under the energy of the full moon. You’ll be guided into a spacious sound journey with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments designed to quiet the mind, soften tension, and bring you back to center. The evening begins with a brief moment of reflection and intention, followed by an extended sound bath allowing you to simply rest, receive, and let go. No experience with meditation or sound baths is needed. Come as you are, get comfortable, and give yourself permission to pause. A monthly ritual for releasing what’s complete, restoring your energy, and making space for what’s next. $40 | Limited to 10 guests Your session includes a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye mask.
