Do I need to have attended Prior Retreats?
No. This experience is fully self-contained. Whether this is your first retreat or you’ve been with us before, you will be guided every step of the way.

Do I need any prior experience?
No. This retreat is designed to meet you exactly where you are—no background or preparation needed.

What if I’m not fully clear on what I want yet?
You don’t need to be. Clarity is something we create through the experience itself. All that’s required is your willingness to show up and engage.

What should I bring?
Comfortable, layered clothing and anything that helps you feel relaxed and supported. All materials, experiences and refreshments are provided.

Will food be provided?

Yes, all meals are provided, as well as nourishing snacks and beverages throughout the weekend concluding with happy hour and light refreshments.

How do I know if this is right for me?
If you feel the pull—toward growth, clarity, or something more—this is your invitation. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.

PLEASE NOTE: If you DO have any of the listed conditions, you MUST provide Zen Lotus Healing, 24 hours prior to booking your retreat, a written doctor's note stating you are medically cleared by the doctor to attend the retreat sound baths.
